Commercial Facade Matching Grant Program
The Culver City Redevelopment Agency (Agency) is offering a Commercial Facade Matching Grant Program (Program) for improvements to commercial storefronts along portions of West Washington and Sepulveda Boulevard. The purpose of the Program is to encourage private reinvestment and the general upgrading of building facades within this targeted area of the Culver City Redevelopment Project.
The Program provides grants on a matching basis of up to $10,000 maximum (per tenant space) to business and property owners for a limited period of time. Work includes new signage and awnings, façade treatments, exterior painting and cleaning, windows/doors, landscaping, lighting, and other exterior improvements as approved.
The Program only applies to properties located in the West Washington and Sepulveda Area Improvement Plans. See maps below.
