PROJECT DESCRIPTION

On December 5, 2011 the City Council/Agency Board selected Combined Properties/Hudson Pacific to redevelop 9300 Culver Boulevard (Parcel B). Below are links to their proposal and PowerPoint presentation.  The City Council/Agency Board are now negotiating an agreement with the developer to sell and redevelop Parcel B.  Once concluded, the developer will construct both Parcel B and the adjacent Town Plaza Expansion.
