
About the Culver City Fire Department

The Culver City Fire Department, founded in 1922, is one of only nine fire departments in the United States to be certified Class 1 and Accredited. The 62 member department takes pride in providing its residents, businesses and the community with Paramedic Advance Life Support Services, Fire Suppression, Fire Prevention and Education programs.

Fire Station ToursStation tours are offered upon request to schools and organizations within the City and the Culver City School District. Tours may be scheduled every Friday, except for the first Friday of each month. Residents of Culver City interested in touring the Fire Stations are encouraged to attend our Annual Fire Service Day, an open house event held every year in May. As the event nears an announcement will be made with the event's date.
