The brand new Courtyard by Marriott in Culver City is scheduled to open in early April! The 260-room hotel is located at 6333 Bristol Parkway and will operate as a Marriott franchise owned by Force Oakleaf, LLC and managed by Rim Hospitality of Modesto, California. The extensive $35 million renovation has taken over fifteen months to complete. The staff intends to provide nothing but the best in comfort and convenience to their guests. The impressive décor is a mere backdrop compared to their friendly, knowledgeable employees.
The Courtyard Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and the Lounge provides a casual atmosphere where guests can relax with a cocktail, beer, or glass of wine. Both are open to the public. Other guest facilities and services include an outdoor heated pool with cabanas and patio bar, a jacuzzi, lush landscaped garden spaces, fitness room with flat-screen televisions on each cardio machine, valet parking, bell staff, and guest laundry.
In the lobby, guests will enjoy a complimentary business center featuring individual workstations with Internet access and printer as well as a pantry-style, 24-hour "grab and go" food and beverage area called "The Market." The hotel also features the latest in environmental initiatives with: a recycling program in place for bottles, cans and paper, a linen reuse program, energy-saving fluorescent bulbs, dual glazed windows and an Exterior Finish Insulated System (EFIS) expected to reduce energy costs by 75 percent.
The Courtyard LA Westside boasts over 10,000 square feet of flexible indoor-outdoor meeting space available for all types of functions: business meetings, corporate events, fashion shows, conferences, retreats, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and reunions.
