SYMANTEC

Symantec, world leader in information systems security (such as Norton Anti-Virus), has recently completed the construction of a research and office complex at 800-900 Corporate Pointe. The Symantec Campus features two four-story buildings totaling approximately 550,000 square feet of research and development (R&D) and office floor area and a parking structure with 1,940 spaces. With its defined innovative architecture, designed by HOK, and immaculately landscaped grounds, the campus is a target for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. Symantec occupies one of the buildings with approximately 800 new employees. The tenant(s) for Building 2, which is 239,274-square-feet, are unknown at this time.
Located atop Fox Hills in Culver City, the Symantec Campus offers sweeping views of the Santa Monica Bay. It is immediately adjacent to the 90 Freeway and the major Fox Hills Transit Center, making it a prime commuter location. The campus is within easy reach of major financial, entertainment and service centers such as Santa Monica, Century City, Beverly Hills and downtown Culver City. The Symantec Campus will create an unparalleled working environment for the high-tech and creative workforce. The campus is the most exciting commercial office project to be developed on the Westside in years. The project has helped fulfill the vision of the Culver City Redevelopment Agency (CCRA) to complete one of the last two remaining portions of the Corporate Pointe Development with an office campus that is compatible with the existing Corporate Pointe office buildings.
