Downtown Parcel B and Town Plaza Expansion

On December 5, 2011 the City Council/Agency Board selected Combined Properties/Hudson Pacifics proposal to redevelop 9300 Culver Boulevard (Parcel B). The City Council/Agency Board are now negotiating an agreement with the developer to sell and redevelop Parcel B. Once concluded, the developer will construct both Parcel B and the adjacent Town Plaza Expansion.
