Homeowner and Renter Assistance (HRA)

Important (09/09/09): Funding to process and pay new, returned, or re-deposited HRA claims for any year has been exhausted. FTB is no longer processing or paying any new, returned, or re-deposited claims.

The state budget for the 2008/2009 and 2009/2010 fiscal years does not include funding for the Homeowner and Renter Assistance Program (HRA). Since there is no funding for this program, FTB cannot process and pay claims for these fiscal years.
