Property Information Search

Culver City's Property Information Search is an interactive map application displaying parcel data, aerial photography, and a number of city infrastructure layers. 

The most common tools include:

For Navigating

Zoom In and Out by click-dragging a box while its tool is selected or use the mouse's middle scroll-wheel.  Pan is used by dragging the map in the desired direction.  Full zooms out to the full extent of the city boundary.  Click here for more details.

For Searching 

 Click-expand and select a bookmark in the lower left corner of the map and click the black GO button to zoom to the extent of a hospital, city government building, downtown, library, park, school, shopping, or studio. 

 Address – Input ONLY street number and street name (eg. 9770 culver without the street type/suffix; not 9770 culver blvd).

 AIN – Input parcel number (no dashes).

 Street Intersection – Input two street names separated by an “&” sign.

 Common Name – Input a common location (eg. store).

For Viewing Aerial Imagery

  Imagery Navigation button on the Common Toolbox opens a bottom pane showing aerial imagery the imagery toolbar.  Click here for more details.

For Generating a Map Document

  The Print button provides map templates with user-definable text. Click here for more details.

For Generating a Parcel Report

Zooming in to the map displays gray parcel outlines which may be selected and populated into a PDF parcel report document.  Click here for more details.
