Landlord Tenant Mediation Board
Pursuant to the City’s Municipal Code, the City Council has appointed a number of persons to the Landlord-Tenant Mediation Board. Section 15.09.010 of the Municipal Code provides the Landlord Tenant Mediation Board shall:
“have the power and responsibility to provide mediation services regarding claims rent increases are excessive or unjustified in accordance with regulations adopted by the City Council, by Resolution, governing the duties of the Board, the qualifications and appointment of its members and other matters as are set forth in the “Organization and Implementation Guidelines Culver City Landlord Tenant Mediation Board” now in effect or hereinafter amended.”
