General Information
- Public Parking Structure Operating Hours are:
Mon-Thurs: 8am – 2am
Fri and Sat: 8am – 3am
Sunday: 10am – 1am
- Additional $25/hour charge will apply if structure must be opened before and kept open beyond normal operating hours
- Surface Lots Available in the Evenings after 6pm and Weekends only. Subject to Availability.

- Fees and Rates for Crew Parking is $6.00 per car per day and is subject to availability. At this special rate, there is a 20 car minimum.
- For leasing Parcel B, there are additional requirements
- Parking Structure Vehicle Height Restrictions IS 7’-0”
- USE IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE PARKING AGREEMENT IS COMPLETED, APPROVED AND SIGNED BY THE CITY AND PAYMENT RECEIVED.

How to Lease Parking for your Film or Event Crew
- Please contact the Parking Manager at 310 253 7750 to determine Parking Availability.
- If the Parking Manager has the inventory available to accommodate your needs, complete the online Parking Agreement form and submit online.
- If you cannot submit the form online, please print out the Agreement Form, fill out the form and obtain a signature from the Parking Manager approving your request. The Parking Management Office is located within the Ince Parking Structure at 9099 Washington Blvd. Then, bring the completed form with payment to Redevelopment to finalize the agreement.
- USE IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT RECEIVED AND SIGNED AGREEMENT COMPLETED BY THE CITY.
- For online submittals, please come to the Redevelopment Office, 3rd Floor at CC City Hall with payment for the Final Signature to complete the agreement after you receive a confirmation email from the Parking Manager approving your request.
