I put a coin in the meter and no time is registered, what do I do?
Report the broken parking meter to 310-253-6420. Do not park in the space until it is repaired.

Do I get a refund for the money I lost in the parking meter?
If the parking meter is proven to be broken and in need of repair, a refund will be issued.

Where do I purchase a Cash Key to operate a Parking Meter instead of coins?
