or if it is burned out entirely?
If the streetlamp is flashing on and off intermittently, it is about to fail and is in need of replacement. Call 310-253-6420 to request the streetlamp be replaced.

What should I do if the entire neighborhoods streetlights are out?
Call 310-253-6420 to report the outage and initiate a repair.

What should I do if a streetlight pole is knocked down?
Do not touch or go near downed streetlight poles as they may be live with electric power and if touched may cause death or serious injury due to electric shock. Call 310-253-6420 immediately to report the downed pole during business hours, or 911 during non-business hours.
