Online Payments for City Invoices


The City of Culver City is pleased to announce online payments for all City Invoices.  Visa, Mastercard, and ACH Check Payments are accepted. Please note that Online Payments are subject to a processing fee of $2 per transaction.

Please note that online payments MUST be processed by 11:59PM on the due date of the invoice to avoid any late payment penalties.

Before you Start:

 

  • You will need your Customer Number and Invoice Billing Zip Code to make a payment

 

Available Online Payment Options:

 

  • View Account Information (Log In - Left section)

     

    • View account information and payment options.
  • One-time Payments (Pay Your Bill Now - Middle section)
  • Account Enrollment (Sign Up Now! - Right section) 

     

    • Username/ Password Requirements

       

      Username

      • Case-sensitive
      • Alphanumeric
      • No spaces
      • 8 - 32 characters in length

       

      Password

      • Case-sensitive
      • May contain letters, numbers and special characters (such as #, $, *)
      • Must include at least 2 numeric characters
      • No spaces
      • 8 - 16 characters in length

 

Note: Your account will not be accessible online if there is no current amount due.

 

Refund Policy


Refund Policy - Customer may request a refund, due to overpayment and/or a duplicate payment. Requests must be received within seven business days of the original transaction. To request a refund, CLICK HERE to obtain the Overpayment Refund Request Form.  Completed request form should be emailed to Treasury.Cashier@CulverCity.org for processing.  Approved refund transactions will be processed within 72 hours; however the City of Culver City is not responsible for a customer's financial institution credit policies.  Overpayments as the result of a credit card payment are charged back to the originating credit card. The City of Culver City reserves the right to refuse a refund request at any time; however every attempt will be made to honor your request.
