The application period for 2017 Culver City Commission, Committee, and Board appointments is now closed.

Applications were accepted by the City Clerk’s Office through Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 5:00 PM.

A total of 55 applications were received. The names of applicants (by meeting body) are available here. The redacted applications will be available as part of the June 12, 2017 City Council Meeting Agenda.

City Council plans to interview applicants at a special meeting on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.  Appointments for these openings, which have different start/end dates, are tentatively scheduled to be considered by the City Council on Monday, June 12, 2017.  New appointees will be required to attend a Brown Act /AB1234 (Ethics) training on Thursday, June 29, 2017 between 6-9pm. Applicants are encouraged to reach out to City Council members. 

For Future Application Periods, you may submit your application as follows:

  1. Submit your application online.
  2. Download and complete the application. Please feel free to attach additional pages if you need more room. Be sure to complete any supplemental questions at the bottom of the application that pertain to the body to which you are applying.
  3. Request a hard copy of an application via email, by phone, or in person during business hours (7:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.) City Hall is closed the following alternate Fridays during the application period.
