Overland Bike Lane Project

The Public Works Department Mobility & Traffic Engineering Division is proposing to make multiple improvements along Overland Ave.

Project Details

Design and installation of bicycle lanes along Overland Ave between Venice Blvd and the Culver City Transit Center. Planned improvements are in accordance with the Bicycle and Pedestrian Action Plan and include pedestrian enhancements, such as ADA-compliant curb ramps, crosswalk markings, a new mid-block traffic signal at Julian Dixon Library, street furniture, and street trees.
- Class IV protected bicycle lanes (1.53 route-miles)
- Class II bicycle lanes (0.43 route-miles)
- Class III bicycle route (0.21 route-miles)
