AVPA presents Java Gala 15 – Lift Every Voice

Java Gala 15 – AVPA’s annual benefit and celebration – takes place on Saturday, June 3 at the Robert Frost Auditorium.

Reception begins at 6pm, show begins at 7pm.

The theme of this year’s Java is “Lift Every Voice.” Our goal is to give all our AVPA students an opportunity to lift their “voice” by sharing an image or written piece that can represent them – either through culture, family, background, aspirations, hopes and dreams, and so much more. We are also inviting students from across all CCUSD schools and grade levels to contribute something as well.

Student expression and opportunity has always been a hallmark of AVPA – an innovative and collaborative program in its 27th year at CCHS.

The Reception at 6pm will feature refreshments, as well as live music, a Visual Art Exhibition, live music, fundraising opportunities, and many examples of student voices.

The Show at 7pm will feature student performances and presentations from across all AVPA programs, as well as sharing of the submissions by students across the district.
