MOVE Culver City Community Virtual Workshop #3

Asphalt art design treatment being applied to street.

The MOVE Culver City's Downtown Corridor will connect Downtown Culver City with the E-Line station and the Arts District by creating mobility (bus & bike) lanes in both directions on Culver Boulevard and Washington Boulevard. The 1.3-mile project will run between Culver Boulevard/Duquesne Avenue and Washington Boulevard/La Cienega Avenue. On February 1st, the City Council unanimously approved the design guidelines and authorized staff to finalize the design based on the approved Version 4 of the Move Culver City Design Plans' recommendations and the list of key materials.

At the February 23rd workshop, the MOVE Culver City project team will share the design progress of specific segments along the corridor. The team will also present the results of the asphalt artwork survey and potential artwork themes. Attendees will have an opportunity to discuss the final themes and preferences for the project's artwork by participating in a public poll during the workshop.   All feedback will further refine the project design. On February 23rd at 6 PM, please join the virtual workshop online!
