Meeting Agenda Details 

Clean Power Alliance

Representatives from the Clean Power Alliance (CAP) will make a presentation about CPA programs and answer customer questions. 

Presentation by the Clean Power Alliance will include details about:

  • Net Energy Metering (Rooftop Solar) Program to assist property owners to make well-informed solar and battery storage decisions;
  • Power Share Program, which provides income-qualified customers in under-resourced districts in Culver City with 100% renewable energy at a 20% discount;
  • How electricity rates are set for the three tiers that CPA customers may select among;
  • Southern California Edison’s (SCE) Power Charge Indifference Adjustment Fee and how it is calculated;
  • Local, small-scale solar projects that CPA is working to build in partnership with energy developers and local governments to provide clean power at a discount to underserved districts.

Water Conservation

Staff will present updates about current drought conditions and recent changes in water use regulations by Golden State Water Company and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP).
