Application Support for Performing Arts Grant

Deadline to apply for the Performing Arts Grant Program is September 16, 2022 at 5 PM.

You can find the grant guidelines and a link to the application form on the main grant page.

After you have submitted the main application, come back to this page to upload your videos and photos. 

Please upload the required artistic samples.  Files must be uploaded one at a time in any order. 

Confirm that the files are in the appropriate format as indicated below.  Please name the files in accordance with the naming conventions shown under each item.
