Construction Now in Progress at the Veterans Memorial Park Age 5 – 12 Playground

New playground slideThe Culver City Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Department is pleased to announce that the replacement of the large central play structure within the Veterans Memorial Park Age 5 – 12 Playground began on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.  The contractor is R.E. Schultz, Construction, Inc.  It is anticipated that construction will take approximately two weeks, during which time a fence will remain around the project.  During construction, all other areas of the Age 5 – 12 Playground and the Age 2 – 5 Playground are open to the public.

Veterans Memorial Park is located at 4117 Overland Avenue, Culver City, CA 90230 (at the southwest corner of the intersection of Overland Avenue and Culver Boulevard).  For more information, please contact Parks Manager/City Landscape Architect Patrick Reynolds at (310) 253 -6471.
