Seismic Retrofit - Walking Survey
Degenkolb Engineers, the approved consultant to the City of Culver City in identifying privately owned buildings for the purpose of cataloging the building type, will be doing a city-wide building survey, starting June 20th. The City will apply the information gathered by Degenkolb Engineers to the City's Soft Story Seismic Retrofit Program.
Authorized employees of Degenkolb Engineers will be performing duties on behalf of the City which may include their visual assessment of buildings, recordation of information and possible approach to buildings in their identification.
It is estimated that Degenkolb Engineers will provide this service from June to September 2019.
