The 16th Annual Culver City Abilities Carnival and Resource Fair!
The 16th Annual Abilities Carnival and Resource Fair celebrating Culver City’s Disability Awareness Month takes place on Sunday, October 20th from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Culver City Senior Center, located at 4095 Overland Avenue (on the corner of Culver Blvd. and Overland). The event is completely free of charge for youth, families and adults of all ability levels. Please RSVP so we can prepare to have the proper quantities of food, prizes and craft supplies. RSVP at (310) 253-6707 with the number of adults and children that will be attending.
The carnival will feature barbecue, carnival game booths, arts and crafts, karaoke, live entertainment, a photo booth, community resource tables, and a quiet activity room. All activities have been specially designed to be accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Free hot dogs, burgers, pizza, cotton candy, and popcorn will be served.
This is an event of Culver City Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department and is made possible through sponsorship from Culver City Exchange Club and Culver City Senior Citizens Association, Inc. Other event partners include Culver City’s Disability Advisory Committee and Culver City Neighborhood Girl Scouts.
