Our volunteer office has information on more than 80 sites looking for volunteers. We are happy to help all community members in their efforts to find the perfect opportunity to give back. Please stop by our office at the Culver City Senior Center on Tuesday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or contact Volunteer Specialist Jill Thomsen at 310.253.6722 or via email.
Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook Park Champions
Park Champions projects improve the quality, safety and preservation of our state parks. Projects at Baldwin Hills include trail repair, invasive plant removal, and habitat restoration. If you enjoy volunteering outdoors, want to work with a fun group of people, and you want to make a difference in our state parks, then become a Park Champion and join us for the next work day happening near you! Since our founding in 1969, CSPF has raised over $209 million for capital projects and educational programs in state parks, while building a vast network of park supporters. Our mission is to help enhance state parks with educational programs, capital projects, competitive grants, and fundraising.
Your support and volunteerism will help us build on these successes and ensure that California’s natural and cultural heritage will endure. Be a part of a growing community that actively serves the lands we love.
