2021-2029 Housing Element Receives Determination of Compliance

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has found the City's 2021-2029 Housing Element to be in full compliance with State Housing Element Law. View HCD's determination letter(PDF, 153KB) . 

The redlined 2021-2029 Housing Element and additional minor updates can be viewed on the Housing Element page of the General Plan Update project website. The final, clean version of the 2021-2029 Housing Element will be available on the website as soon as possible.
