Take the General Plan Update Land Use Strategies Survey!

Between now and June 13, 2021, 11:59 PM, we’re asking for everyone in the Culver City community to take this land use alternatives survey, as part of the City’s General Plan Update (GPU). Please take the survey yourself and share it widely. We need as many people as possible who live, work, and play in Culver City to respond! Why should you take it? The survey will help the GPU team to develop the land use alternatives that identify what types of development could happen and where citywide over the next 25 years.
We’re constantly seeking feedback on how to better engage the community. If you have any questions on any part of the survey, terms in the survey, how to submit, or anything else, please don't hesitate to ask staff by emailing advance.planning@culvercity.org or calling (310) 253-5750.
The survey responses will supplement the technical studies and community input collected between September 2019 and March 2021 and the land use and mobility alternatives workshops in April and May 2021. The GPU’s General Plan Advisory Committee will meet on May 13 at 7 PM to discuss the mobility alternatives. The City Council and Planning Commission will meet on June 23 at 7 PM to hear about community input and give direction on the preferred land use alternative to move forward.

Responda usted mismo a la encuesta y compártala ampliamente. ¡Necesitamos tanta gente como sea posible que viva, trabaje, y juegue en Culver City para responder a la encuesta! ¿Por qué debería tomarla? La encuesta ayudará al equipo de la GPU a desarrollar alternativas de uso del suelo que identifiquen qué tipos de desarrollo podrían ocurrir y en qué lugares de la ciudad durante los próximos 25 años.

El Comité Asesor del Plan General de la GPU se reunirá el 13 de mayo a las 7 p.m. para discutir las alternativas de movilidad. El Consejo de la Ciudad y la Comisión de Planificación se reunirán el 23 de junio a las 7 p.m. para escuchar las opiniones de la comunidad y dar instrucciones sobre la alternativa preferida de uso de suelo para seguir adelante.
