Purpose of the Workshop

How do you picture Culver City’s land in 2045? As part of its General Plan Update (GPU), the City of Culver City is hosting a workshop to discuss land use in Culver City. Land use describes how people use land, from parks to housing to retail and more. The GPU is a project that will revise Culver City’s priorities for land use and set a future for its land through 2045.

Why You Should Attend

At the workshop, you will learn about the General Plan and its guiding principles, existing conditions and community input so far, and different land use strategies and models for change to be studied over the next few months. Your input at the workshop will inform the preparation of the GPU’s land use alternatives. The presentation and other materials will be available for download on the project website after the meeting.
