What Wall was approved under Culver City's Architecture as Art program. Architect Eric Owen Moss designed a wall comprised of masonry blocks which attempts to challenge conventional notions. With each individual block having a unique shape, none of the wall surfaces run parallel to one another, thus adding to the complexity of the design.

Eric Owen Moss is a Culver City based architect known for his conceptually challenging designs. Several of Mr. Mosses' buildings (or portions thereof), are designated under Culver City's Architecture as Art program. These include: Umbrella (1999), Beehive (1998), and the Untitled (3535 Hayden Avenue) (1997).
