WHY: The Culver City Municipal Code requires a 15-day public review period for administrative decisions, during which time the Planning Division solicits comments from the public. An Administrative Decision will be made following the conclusion of the public review period.
WHEN: Public Comment Period: Monday, May 1, 2023, through Monday, May 15, 2023.
CEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, initial review of the application and plans by staff established there are no potentially significant adverse impacts upon the environment and the proposed project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to CEQA Section 15301, Class 1 – Existing Facilities, because the project involves installation of new small outdoor furniture for outdoor dining as part of an existing office/retail tenant space.
