Consideration of Extended Stay Hotels in Commercial Zones

The City Council is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing concerning the following:


WHAT:   Introduction of a City Initiated Ordinance establishing Extended Stay Hotel provisions, affecting Culver City Municipal Code, Title 17: Zoning Code; Section 17.220.015–Commercial District Land Uses and Permit Requirements, 17.320.020–Number of Parking Spaces Required, and 17.700.010–Definitions (Zoning Code Amendment, P2019-0058-ZCA).

WHEN:   Monday, February 8, 2021, at 7 PM

CEQA:   Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the Project is considered exempt from CEQA because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the Project to amend the Zoning Code will have a significant effect on the environment.
