WHAT:       Request for Site Plan Review Modification (SPR/M) to allow an 8,090 SF office on a ground-level tenant space, 5,331 SF of which was previously approved as retail or restaurant use per Resolution No. 2016-P007 (P2016-0033-SPR).

WHEN:       Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at 7:00 PM


WHY:         The Planning Commission will receive public input and consider a Site Plan Review Modification request to allow office use on a ground-level tenant space previously approved as retail or restaurant use at One Culver, an office-retail mixed-use building. All members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in the public hearing.


CEQA:       Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines, initial review of the project by staff established that there are no potentially significant adverse impacts on the environment and the project has been determined to be a Class 1 Categorical Exemption, Section 15301, Existing Facilities, because the project involves no expansion of use or addition to existing structure.
