The City Council is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing concerning the following:

WHAT:

 City-initiated Ordinance amending Mixed Use Development Standards affecting Culver City Municipal Code (CCMC), Title 17: Zoning Code; Section 17.400.065 - Mixed Use Development Standards (Zoning Code Amendment, P2020-0238-ZCA)

WHEN:

 Monday, January 25, 2021 at 7 PM – City Council Public Hearing – First Reading

Persons who are unable to attend the meeting but wish to submit written comments may do so before 4 PM on Monday, January 25, 2021.

Monday, February 8, 2021 at 7 PM – City Council – Second Reading

Persons who are unable to attend the meeting but wish to submit written comments may do so before 4 PM on Monday, February 8, 2021.

CEQA:

 Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the Project is considered exempt from CEQA because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the Project to amend the Zoning Code will have a significant effect on the environment.

The City Council agenda item reports are available for viewing online no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time. To combat the spread of COVID-19, the City proclaimed a local emergency on March 14, 2020 and issued subsequent public orders beginning March 16, 2020. In accordance with such orders, City Hall has been closed to the public and in-person meetings have been discontinued until further notice.
