Report Fraud, Waste and Abuse of City Resources

The City of Culver City has partnered with Syntrio, Inc. to establish an anonymous confidential hotline for City employees, contractors, citizens and other interested parties to report fraud, waste and abuse affecting City resources.

Do not use this program to report issues that should not involve the City of Culver City. (i.e., dispute between private parties, problem with neighbors or family) For issues that are not handled by our hotline, scroll down to “What NOT to report on the Fraud, Waste & Abuse Hotline”.

Please report matters of "threat to a person" to the Police Department by calling 911.

Report labor or employee misconduct issues to Human Resources by calling at (310) 253-5640.

Matters relating to the violation of the City’s municipal code should be reported to the Code Enforcement Division by calling at (310) 253-5940.

A training webinar is available to help identify and report “Fraud, Waste, and Abuse”.
