As the Director of the Human Resources Department, Dana is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in all aspects of human resources, risk management, workers comp, and equity initiatives. With 25 years of experience in private and public sectors Dana has supported 6000+ employees in HR functions ranging from employee relations and training to recruitment and compliance.
