Schedule Your Special Event Grant Pre-Application Meeting

Enter your organization contact information below and select your meeting preference and alternate. Note that meetings options are provided as date/time ranges. This will allow the City to schedule meetings consecutively. Meetings typically last 30 – 45 minutes. A member of the City staff will contact you to schedule based on availability.
