Activities & Classes
Activities & Classes for Senior Center members include: Fitness Classes, Yoga, Tai Chi, Line and Ballroom Dancing, Saturday Dances, Language Classes, Movies and many different types of Art Classes including Watercolor, Drawing and Ceramics. We offer Holiday Parties and so much more!!
Beginning and Intermediate Computer Classes
Beginning and Intermediate Computer classes are offered to enable seniors to become part of the Information Age.
Membership with the Culver City Senior Citizens Association is required
Classes start every eight weeks throughout the year and are once a week for two hours each and are posted on the bulletin board outside the lab.

Every month a variety of financial and medical educational seminars are scheduled. Professionals from their respective fields are invited to be guest speakers on a particular topic of interest.
These seminars are open to the public and free of charge unless otherwise noted in the monthly newsletter.
All programs and services are offered at the Culver City Senior Center unless noted otherwise.
When attending, please park across the street at the Veterans Memorial Park (Senior Center parking is reserved to Culver City senior Citizens Association, Inc. members by permit only)

Moderate physical activity is good for seniors of all ability levels. Our fitness room allows members to stay active, healthy and have fun. Members can increase mobility, flexibility, balance, strength and endurance in our fitness room.
Membership with the Culver City Senior Citizens Association is required to participate.

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:55 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 3:55 p.m.
Participants must exit by 3:55 p.m.
CCSCA current year Membership Card must always be presented upon request and must have stamp identifying fee(s) paid
If you wish to participate in the Fitness Room, you must have your physician complete the Physicians Authorization Form. For more details, call the Senior Center at (310) 253-6700
All Players must be members of the Culver City Senior Center Association (CCSCA)
$1.00 CCSCA fee MUST be paid at the Business Desk prior to playing pool (billiards).
After payment, a daily ticket will be given to the player. Upon request, the daily ticket must be shown to CCSCA Board Members, Pool Room Committee Chair, or their appointed monitors, as well as City Staff.

The Trip Office offers a variety of day trips and overnight trips including Las Vegas or Laughlin, long distance and even international trips.
Membership with the Culver City Senior Citizens Association is required to participate
The Trip Office is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.

AARP Driver Safety Program
The AARP Driver Safety Program is the nation's first and largest refresher course for drivers age 50 and older. This program has helped millions of drivers remain safe on today's roads.
Classes meet for two 4-hour sessions. Full attendance is required to receive the Department of Motor Vehicle certificate that may qualify you for a three-year reduction on your Auto Insurance premium. Classes are limited to 30 participants.
Fees are $15.00 for current AARP members (proof of membership required upon payment) or $20.00 for Non-AARP members.

The AARP Driver Safety Program is sponsored by City of Culver City in conjunction with Culver City Senior Citizens Association. Please note there are no classes in December.
The Culver City Senior Center offers free basic legal consultation to Culver City Senior Citizens Association (CCSCA) members.
Each appointment lasts 30 minutes and objective advice is given. The volunteer attorneys provide this service as a way to give back to the community. These volunteer attorneys give general advice and make suggestions to the members on how to deal with their legal issues involving wills, trusts, elder law, conservatorship, bankruptcy, contract and other general legal matters.
Membership with the Culver City Senior Citizens Association Inc. is required to participate.
Appointments are available in the afternoon each 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of the month, unless noted otherwise.
