First Time Submittals and Resubmittals

Utility Permits

By FedEx/UPS/USPS or leave plans in the Engineering “Inbox” just outside the front door of City Hall, 2nd floor

On-Site Improvements/Driveway/Grading

Leave plans in the Engineering “Inbox” just outside the front door of City Hall, 2nd floor

Reserve parking spaces for Dumpster/Moving Truck/Pod

Permits may be processed via email. Send your email to  Beatriz.Spies@culvercity.org or Lisa.Thornton@culvercity.org.

Off-Site Improvements/Curb Cores/Street Improvements/Driveway Aprons/ Sidewalk Removal and Replacement

Leave plans in the Engineering “Inbox” just outside the front door of City Hall, 2nd floor


 

Corrections

Corrections should be picked up on the Engineering “Outbox” just outside the front door of City Hall, 2nd floor. For “smaller projects”, corrections may be emailed to the applicant. The plan checker will determine which projects qualify as “smaller projects.”

Utility permit approvals should be picked up on the Engineering “Outbox” just outside the front door of City Hall, 2nd floor

On-Site Improvements/Driveway/Grading

Approvals shall be issued via email; the “No Parking” signs should be picked up in the Engineering “Outbox” just outside the front door of City Hall, 2nd floor


 

Payments

All payments may be made using: 

  • The One time Credit Card Authorization Form through email or faxed to (310) 253-5626. Call us at 310-253-5620 or 310-253-5607 when you fax the form
  • Checks by FEDEX/UPS. Checks should be made out to “City of Culver City”
