Registration is not currently being taken. The Senior Center is closed as a precautionary measure against COVID-19.
Our primary mission is to provide a variety of educational and recreational classes. The Center offers social services for seniors, residents with disabilities and members of the public. Our programs and services lead to personal growth, improved health and enriching life experiences.
Recreation and Community Services Manager
The Culver City Senior Center works with the CCSCA, Inc. Board to provide:

Senior & Social Services including Human Relations, Administration and Programming and Special Events

Disability & Social Services with resources to Paratransit Services such as Culver City and Los Angeles County Taxi Coupons and Dial-A-Ride Programs.

Volunteer Program and serves as a site for volunteers.

The Senior Center is closed on City holidays.
History of the Senior Center
Our History
In 1972, The Center opened its doors to provide support for seniors and disabled residents at the Old Library. In January 2003, construction of the state-of-the-art facility finished. Today, the Senior Center has over 5,000 diverse members, who take part in over 100 activities and services. Rooms include a multipurpose room, conference room, patio, computer lab, and fitness center. The site is part of Culver City Emergency Services and Disaster Preparedness Plan It is a shelter and cooling or heating station. The Culver City Senior Center is also a labelled Focal Point by Los Angeles County, Area Agency On Aging.
Membership Information
Membership
Membership to the Culver City Senior Citizens Association Inc. is open to individuals 50 years of age and over. Most Senior Center activities require membership. Sign up at the Welcome Desk at the Senior Center. The annual fee is $20.00 for anyone 89 years of age and young. The annual fee is $5.00 for anyone 90 years of age and older. Annual fee cycles are on the calendar year (January through December).
Parking
The Senior Center requires a parking pass for the restricted parking lot. Members of the CCSCA can buy an annual permit for $5.00.

Does the Senior Center accept any donated items?
Culver City Senior Center accepts donations of used Eyeglasses, Books (Large Print and Standard), Walkers, Wheelchairs and Canes.
