Apply to rent rooms in Veterans Memorial Complex, park buildings, picnic areas and outdoor field spaces for fitness classes, youth sports, therapeutic small groups, faith based services, and any other reason.  Please click the online registration button below to submit your request via the reservation portal. One Day Private Rentals

PRCS staff will contact applicants within 48 hours of receipt of the application via the email listed on the rental questionnaire.  Applications received over the weekend will be reviewed the following Monday.

Step 1.Please have a digital copy of your current Culver City Business License

Visit the Business Tax Certificate for information on how to obtain a business license

Step 2.Please have a digital copy of your general liability insurance with City named as Additionally Insured

This will include the City of Culver City, members of its City Council, its boards and commissions, officers, agents, and employees.

Saturday-Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Frequently Asked Questions

When planning your event, are there rules my attendees should follow?

Yes, please advise your attendees to:

  • Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds;
  • Cover coughs and/or sneezes;
  • Stay home if they are sick;
  • Try alternatives to shaking hands, like an elbow bump or wave; and
  • If you or your attendees have recently returned from a country with ongoing COVID-19 infections, monitor your health and follow the instructions of public health officials.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Vaccinated Individuals

In all indoor public settings, venues, gatherings, and businesses in Los Angeles County

  •  Shelters and cooling centers
  • Indoors at any youth-serving facility (such as K-12 schools, childcare, day camps, etc.)
  • In any outdoor location where it is the policy of the business or venue
    Note: You are allowed to take off your mask while doing certain activities such as when you are actively eating, drinking, or swimming.
  • It is strongly recommended that you wear a mask at private indoor social gatherings with people outside your household unless everyone at the gathering is fully vaccinated.
  • If you are not fully vaccinated, it is strongly recommended that you wear a mask in crowded outdoor settings.
  • If you are in a setting where you are in sustained close contact with other people who may not be fully vaccinated, consider wearing a higher level of protection, such as wearing two masks (double masking) or a respirator (e.g., N95 or KN95). This is especially important if you are not fully vaccinated and are in an indoor or crowded outdoor setting.
