 Culver City Park & Facility Ambassadors provide a friendly and safe environment for park patrons. They clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces, advise patrons of rules and regulations and generally assist the public as needed.

Monday – Friday 3:00PM – 7:00PM
Saturday & Sunday 9:00AM -4:00PM

*Summer
Monday – Friday 1:00PM – 6:00PM
Saturday & Sunday 9:00AM - 4:00PM 

*Park staffing hours may vary. Please call the registration office for current hours at (310) 253-6650.

Parks are not staffed due to rain as well as unhealthy air quality.

 

 

 

Top Frequently Asked Questions

I see dogs in the park all the time, why can’t I walk my dog here?

The Park & Facility Ambassadors are only on site for a limited number of hours. While they do inform the public of the rules, people sometimes break the rules. However, staff will enforce all city ordinances while on duty.

Can we rent the park?

The City of Culver City is only accepting applications from the following groups to rent outdoor field spaces per Culver City Twenty-Third and Twenty-Fourth Supplement to Public Orders:

  • Commercial Gyms & Fitness Establishments
  • Sports Field Permits for Youths
  • Faith Based Services and Therapeutic Small Group Meetings

Are the buildings in the parks open to the public?

Currently our park buildings are not open for public use except for PRCS operated programs. 

Are the parks staffed year round?

The parks are not staffed on these holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

When it rains, are the parks still open?

Sometimes, depending on the severity of the storm. Even if the park is open, staff is not on-site when it rains.
