Step 1.Gather your information and documentation 

This is optional but you can include any documents that you feel reference the incident, i.e. receipts, pictures, and medical records.

Step 2.Fill out and Submit the Complaint form 

Please fill out a "Complaint" form if you feel that you have been the victim of discrimination, retaliation or harassment by a city employee.

If you would like to check the status of your complaint please call the Human Resources and Equity Manager at (310) 253-5648

Step 4.We'll Get Back to You 

Note: Response to your Complaint may take several weeks.  If the complaint is made against a sworn officer or public safety employee, these complaints will be reviewed by the respective public safety department.
