Report Fraud, Waste and Abuse of City Resources

The City of Culver City, Finance Department operates a confidential hotline for City employees, contractors, citizens and other interested parties to report fraud, waste and abuse affecting City resources

Please do not use this program to report grievable labor issues or employee misconduct, which should be reported to Human Resources. Matters of threat to a person should be reported to the Police Department by calling 911.  A fraud, waste, and abuse identification and reporting webinar is available for those interested in additional training.
