Join Girls Inc. of Los Angeles as a classroom volunteer!
Bring your boldest self to empower girls to discover their inherent strengths and mentor them on making informed decisions while having fun.
In-class volunteers support instructors with weekly activities in our classrooms, assist in creating a safe and inviting space for girls, and guide youth to explore topics that will help them build community, think outside the box, and increase their confidence. Your support will help our instructors with weekly activities in our classrooms; volunteer once or twice a week at our Culver City locations from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, 2 to 3 hours a day.
Volunteers will be required to complete Girls Inc. requirements as follows:
- Zoom Volunteer meeting to learn about Girls Inc. of LA
- A Livescan background screening
- A TB test
- Submission of Covid vaccination.
- Complete volunteer-mandated reporter training.
