The Planning Division is pleased to invite your participation in an Administrative Decision concerning:

WHO:           Bos Motors, LLC (Applicant)

WHAT:        Proposal to convert an existing vacant automotive repair use for use as a new automotive dealership.  Modifications to the exterior building façade are proposed in addition to new electric vehicle and bike parking spaces. (Case No.: Administrative Use Permit, P2022-0139-AUP)

Zoning:  Community Regional Retail (CRR)                 General Plan:  Regional Center

WHERE:      Project Location:  6250 Slauson Avenue

WHY:           The Culver City Municipal Code requires a 15-day public review period for administrative decisions, during which time the Planning Division solicits comments from the public.  Following the conclusion of the public review period, an Administrative Decision will be made.

WHEN:        Public Comment Period: Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022 through Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2022.

CEQA:         Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines, initial review of the project established that there are no potentially significant adverse impacts on the environment and the project is determined to be Categorically Exempt, per Section 15301, Class 1– Existing Facilities. The Project, an Administrative Use Permit to convert a vacant automotive repair use to an automotive dealership, involves a negligible expansion of the existing structure.
