NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing concerning the following:

WHO:      Dan Azran – Refined Home Construction (Applicant/Property Owner)

WHAT:    Consideration of a Tentative Tract Map (TTM) No. 083810 for a five-unit condominium subdivision in the Medium Density Multiple-Family Residential (RMD) Zone. (Case No. P2021-0316-ASPR/TTM)

WHERE:  REGULAR MEETING – Attend In-Person or virtually via Webex

               City Hall – Mike Balkman Council Chambers

FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS         

WHEN:     Monday, August 8, 2022 at 7 PM

WHY:       The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the City Council to review and to receive public input on the proposed Tentative Tract Map and  consider approval of the request.

CEQA:     The proposed Amendment is considered exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant Section 15303, Class 3 - New Construction of Small Structures for the development of up to six units in an urbanized area.

Plans are available now and may be viewed at the Current Planning Division public counter.  City Hall Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.  City Hall is closed every other Friday (July 29, 2022).
