NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a meeting concerning the following:

WHO:      Shane Swerdlow/Craig Lawson (Applicant) // Silvestre G. Gonzales/Gonzo 11, LLC (Property Owner)

WHAT:     Request for a Conditional Use Permit to construct three vehicle repair bays to an existing remote customer auto repair Facility.  The proposal includes an Administrative Use Permit to allow tandem parking and a Zoning Code Map Amendment pertaining to the Commercial General (CG) Zoned portion of the property. (Case Nos: P2021-0043-CUP, -AUP, -ZCMA, -CE).

WHEN:    Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 7 PM.

(The Planning Commission meeting for this item, was scheduled for May 11, 2022, and was cancelled.) 

WHY:       The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Planning Commission to review and to receive public input on the proposed modification to the existing remote customer auto repair facility and consider approval of the request.

CEQA:     The proposed project is considered exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Section 15301, Class 1 – Existing Facilities. The proposed project involves a small 2,167 square foot addition to an existing auto repair facility to accommodate additional vehicle repair space. The project will result in less than 10,000 square feet of total area.
