NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a meeting concerning the following:

WHO:      Dan Azran – Refined Home Construction (Applicant/Property Owner)

WHAT:     Request for Tentative Tract Map (TTM) No. 083810 and Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) to develop a five-unit condominium subdivision in the Medium Density Multiple-Family Residential (RMD) Zone and designated Medium Density Multiple Family in the General Plan (P2021-0316-ASPR/TTM).

WHEN:     Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 7 PM

WHY:       The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Planning Commission to review and to receive public input on the proposed Administrative Site Plan Review and Tentative Tract Map No. 083810 and consider approval of the request.

CEQA:     The proposed Project is considered exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant Section 15303, Class 3 - New Construction of Small Structures for the development of up to six units in an urbanized area.
