The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a Study Session concerning the following:
WHAT: A Citywide Subdivision Ordinance Update intended to streamline the subdivision process; provide opportunities for affordable housing production that include subdivisions; implement a small lot subdivision process; and ensure compliance with State law.

WHEN: Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 7 PM
WHY: The purpose of the Study Session is for the Planning Commission to review information regarding potential subdivision ordinance updates, receive public input on the subject, and provide staff with feedback and direction regarding content of future draft amendment subdivision language. All members of the Public are welcome to attend and participate in the study session.
The Planning Commission Agenda and Project staff report will be available for viewing at City Hall and online no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time.
