Finance Department

The Finance Department administers financial transactions, maintains financial records and advises City officials on the financial condition of the City.

The Department's responsibilities include financial administration, budget and financial analysis, accounting, auditing of City resources, cash management, debt management, purchasing, investments, billing and collection, issuing of business licenses, accounts payable and payroll.
