The Rancho Higuera Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) Traffic Study Phase 2 will collect data for traffic patterns in the neighborhood, compare said data with the Phase 1 data, and provide recommendations for any new or modifications to traffic calming measures based on community feedback. Once complete, a set of traffic improvements that incorporate community opinion will be established.
See the intended direction of the project by reviewing the Request for Proposals for Rancho Higuera NTMP Traffic Study Phase 2.

The set of traffic improvements will be based on traffic studies of existing neighborhood traffic patterns along with the desires of collected community input. This ensures both safety and community values are regarded.
