The City is collaborating with Hackman Capital Partners, LLC to bring a vibrant office and retail development to “Parcel B” in downtown Culver City near the historic Culver Studios.
The Culver Steps at 9300 Culver Boulevard is a 115,000 square foot project that includes ground-level retail, a four-story office building, and a Grand Stair that leads pedestrians up to a restaurant pavilion and landscaped Elevated Plaza perched above the existing Town Plaza.The four-story development consists of approximately 75,000 square feet of cutting-edge creative office space, 40,000 square feet of vibrant retail and restaurant space, and a 35,000 square foot public plaza destined to become the new central gathering space in Downtown Culver City.
Retail shops will be strategically located to energize the existing sidewalks and streets and the Grand Stair that serves the dual purpose of drawing people to the Elevated Plaza as well as providing amphitheater seating for concerts, performances and outdoor screenings.
Construction is nearing completion and commercial tenanting is underway.
